We ship our items in 24 hours after the order was processed. However, if it's the weekend or holiday, there might be a little delay since the post offices are closed. Don't worry! We will send you a notification mail with tracking number when your item ships.

We care about your feedback! If you have any problem with your order please contact us within the 14 days of the items delivery. Return shipping is not covered unless you received a defective or wrong item. Returned items must be unused and sent with the original packaging. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. We will make sure that you're satisfied with your order and do our best to make you happy! 

How long does the shipping take?

For Estonian customers, we use Omniva parcel machine for shipping, which usually takes 1-3 days for you to receive your item. For Europe customers, shipping takes around 3-5 days to arrive to you. For Rest of the World, it takes around 6-9 business days. You will get a tracking number and will be able to see the status of your order as soon as your order has been shipped. Some delays might occur due to the processing time of your local postal services. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. 

Yes! Please contact us and we will make the necessary changes to your address as long as your package is not shipped yet. If you enter the wrong address and we ship your order, we are not responsible for the lost or damaged packages.

I need to change the size of my phone case. How do I do it?

If your order is not shipped yet, we can change the phone case size for you. Please contact us and we will help you out! If you need to make an exchange after receiving the package, we can also help you with that if you send us an email to the address above. Don't forget to add your order number when you're sending the email!
