Shipping information



The order processing time is up to 24 hours*, which means we ship out orders within that time frame from our warehouse in Estonia. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.

Your order will be delivered to your doorstep or closest post office.

*Please note that import duties, and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.


Depending on where you live, shipping usually takes:

  • Estonia - 1-3 business days
  • Europe - 2-6 business days
  • Rest of the world - 7-15 business days

    The purchaser bears the shipping cost and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

    *Please note that these time frames apply to regular (non-pandemic) circumstances. Due to pandemic, depending on your location regulations, there might be slight delays on top of standard delivery times. We ask you to give up to 10 days on top of regular delivery time before getting in touch with our customer service team. We have the right to ship goods in up to 45 calendar days in exceptional cases.


    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please note that it might take from 1 to 3 business days for tracking to start showing information. It is not unusual for a shipment to go more than 24 hours without an update while in transit.
